1985 one concept, five stores: celio* revolutionises men's ready-to-wear, drawing its inspiration from sportswear

1986 celio* sets off to conquer shopping centres: opening of a first store in Bordeaux

1992 celio* celebrates its one hundredth store in France and sets off to conquer Europe: Belgium, Italy and Spain

1993 first franchise in Beirut

1996 opening of the first 1000 m² store opposite the Opéra Garnier in Paris

1999 opening of the first store in Italy

2002 opening of the flagship store on the Champs-Élysées (Paris)

2004 the Eastern countries join celio*

2006 the first French affiliate stores. 475 stores, 100 of which are franchises, open for business around the world and first store in Singapore

2007 creation of the celio*CLUB brand name: a collection dedicated to urban life, a new store concept

2008 celio* sets up operations in India in the month of December

2009 opening in late 2009 of the French e-commerce website

2011 the 1000th celio* store
